WMS - Windows Embedded - Scheduled Reboot? Domain Joining?

I want to do 2 things using WMS on my Windows Embedded thin clients, schedule reboots, and join the domain once I add the agent. I don't seem to see a scheduled reboot option, and I can't seem to join it to the domain under domain settings.

The only thing that seems off is my Account OU setting under Domain Settings, I have my thin clients on the default computers group, so

instead of having:

OU=XXX,DC=domain,DC=net

it's

CN=Computers,DC=Domain,DC=net

Does that make a difference? I don't even have write filter on. Or is that not how domain settings work? I don't seem to see any documentation on it.
