WMS Upgrade from 4.1 to 4.3 -> JavaScript is disabled
I upgraded a customer's
console from 4.1 to 4.3 I know I need a free license now.
But regardless of which browser I try: IE, Firefox, Edge & Chrome, from different PCs and with and without incognito mode, I always get the HTML code which states: JavaScript is disabled!
I'm aware of the known issue in the PDF, but that doesn't help (Page 28): https://dl.dell.com/content/manual17061266-dell-wyse-management-suite-version-4-x-release-notes.pdf?language=en-us
How can I get those code to make my console work again?

So you have tried this?
If the On-Prem identifier appears like html or script, then perform clear browser cache, and reload the page to get the correct On-Prem Machine Identifier. The correct On-Prem Machine Identifier is in the form of @ .
Have you tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge)?

Yes, I tried four different browsers.
I cleared cache.
I tried private/incognito mode.
I tried it from 2 PCs and 2 Windows Servers.
I always get the HTML code, and no Identifier.

Can you please confirm you are getting this error once upgrading to 4.3, and you are not making an intermediate stop at 4.2?

I tried both (had a backup from the VM).
Regardless if I upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2 or 4.3, I receive the same error.

The reason I ask is that it was a known issue under 4.2, but was expected to be resolved under 4.3.. Please go from 4.1 to 4.3, if you experience it again, please contact support. Yes the Std version does not have support, but issues with the licensing process for Std should be covered.
If you get push back please contact me via DM with the SR

@buffalobound How do I contact Dell support as a Std customer? Honest question. Can you please give me a hint in the right direction?

Upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1.1 to 4.3.
Issue exists on >= 4.1.
Seems to be some restrictions on the apache tomcat configuration. some ressources cannot be loaded (302 redirects).
Workaround:
RDP on the WMS Host and use https://localhost/ to get the initial setup completed.
