WMS update from 4.1.11 to 4.2.0.251 Failed.

The update fails, and when i try to roll it back. It fails also. "Software Vault Service" not running. I have verified the Tomcat service account  is a full administrator. Fortunately, i took a snapshot before beginning, and was able to roll it back to 4.1.11. We keep having issues with our MongoDB service stopping, and were hoping this update would resolve that.  Any suggestions on this ?
