WMS - some devices are in unknown status
Hello,
what exactly does it mean when a device (DELL OptiPlex 3000, ThinOS) is in "unknown" status? When I restarted all of them, they were in "online" status for a while, but after a while, the number of "unknown" devices started to increase. Currently, I see about 1/3 of the devices as "unknown." All devices are in the same VLAN. They all have the same OS, Dell ThinOS 2511 (2511_10.0380). I have WMS version 5.4 471.

What do you see on the thin clients that show as unknown? What does the log say? What does the System information>About screen show for WMS Status?
Can you send a message to the thin client from WMS, and does it popup immediately or only after a reboot of the TC?

I see the message immediately after sending. I don't see anything unusual in the events. I downloaded the logs from one device, but I'm not sure exactly what to focus on. I'm attaching just a few examples of errors that I found.
