WMS Issue after upgrade 2.1 to 3.1_HF1

Hello folks,

 

I upgraded WMS 2.1 to 3.1_HF1. The upgrade said it was successful but when I launch WMS it says :

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

 

Type Status Report

Message The requested resource [/ccm-web] is not available

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

 

Apache Tomcat/9.0.37

 

I restarted and stopped the tomcat service but it cannot find the page anymore.

 

Any advice before I roll back snapshot?
