WMS can't reach page

Hello, we are experiencing an issue with WMS web page not being opened. It says that it can't reach this page and shows: ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE. We tried upgrading WMS to version 5. Nothing has changed. Not really sure where to go from here.
