WMS 5.1.0.351 Not Accepting Standard License

I just recently installed WMS 5.1.0.351 to be used as an on-prem Standard WMS without teradici. I am following the "get started" setup instructions now. Once I get to the "Select a license" page, I follow the instructions for "Standard License." I received an email with the Standard License Key, when I paste it into the license key field in the Wyse Management Suite web console, then click Import, nothing happens. The "Next" button continues to be grayed out. I have restarted the server and tried to regenerate the key. I also tried multiple different browsers. What is the fix for this?
