WMS 5.0 627 Standard can't renew License

Clicking COPY will give you a piece of HTML source code, not the Renewal Identifier

Previously, a relevant staff member from the Dell community helped me obtain a standard license key. However, after pasting the key, I received an 'Invalid License Key' message. I tried reaching out to that staff member again but haven’t received any further response. Is there anyone else who can assist me? Thank you.
