WMS 1.4 -> Wyse 5070 Windows 10 IoT VMware multiple monitors

Hi we are having an issue when pushing out Remote Connection policy for VMWare to Windows 10 IoT Wyse 5070 Terminals with multiple display.  Everything is up to date - WMS 1.4, wyse agent 14.4.1.5, Wyse 5070 BIOS 1.2.4, Horizon 5.1 client update, etc.  When pushing out VMWare View policy, the Horizon client only sees a single display (the Horizon client only shows option for "Full Screen", no option for "All Monitors").  If the VMWare policy is removed and policy re-pushed out, and you manually enter in the VMWare View server info and connect, the option then appears to "Use All Monitors".  

I don't see any option anywhere within WMS 1.4 VMWare for "All Monitors", only for "Full Screen".  Not sure if it's just supposed to be automatic, but doesn't seem to pick it up.
