WinIOT 2.x Url can`t have a port number?

using the wyse management cloud instance, we can`t add browser "ie Favorites" that contain port numbers, ie https://exampl.com:8080.

when we try it just highlights the box in red, will not save the profile.
We need this working for an internal application

This works fine in THinOS policies.

I can confirm that I am seeing the same thing in WMS Cloud.

Do you have a support case open?

@DELL-Scott H I see that version 5.1 will be released at the end of the month, do we know if this problem will be fixed with that version?

I am trying to get access to the early release of 5.1 to test for you, and have a follow up with the product manager next week to go over the problem.

@DanielLowe  Sorry for the delay on this.

I did some digging and here is what I have found.  While the "Microsoft IE Browser Settings" section of the policy does not allow for alternate ports, the 'Edge Chromium settings" section does.

As IE is EOL as of 6/2022 this bug will not be addressed as customers need to transition to using Edge.

Hope this helps.

i also confirmed in WMS 5.1 that it behaves the same.
