Version: WMS 4.1.1 111 ---> 4.2.1.8

Trying to upgrade my WMS.....yes, i'm a few version behind....   Anyway....process goes just fine, says it upgrades and is complete.... I open the browser and log in as normal.....

after logging in it starts acting like I just installed WMS for the First time.   wants me to register with DELL etc

Any idea???
