Updating Thin Client to Windows 10 IoT

I uploaded the current most up to date version of Windows 10 IoT for my Dell Wyse 7020 Thin Clients to WMS 1.4. The file name is GOG0_0A79_32GB and was uploaded to the local repo under the following filepath WMS/LocalRepo/repository/osImages/zipped and eventually transferred itself over to WMS/LocalRepo/repository/osImages/valid. I was able to create the package in WMS under the OS Image Policies tab. I then attempted to push this package to my five thin clients and while it succeeded on two of them it keeps failing on the other three. I have verified that the thin clients all have the exact same configuration and up to date software packages, but I keep getting the following error on my three failing thin clients "Failed - [ERROR: WMS File Repository Server not found. (error code : 105).][ERROR STAGE: Repository validation.][REASON: Could not connect to repository server.]. Has anyone else ran into this issue before?

Compare the Merlin and WDA versions of the devices that fail, compared to the versions that succeed.

If all else fails use the USB imaging tool to capture, then deploy the image as a fallback.

I compared Merlin and WDA versions (they were the same) and I was told to update them to the most current which has since been done. I am still getting the same error code after updating the software.
