Thin client is automatically changing groups.

Thin clients do not switch groups unless they are instructed to.   I would check the WMS policy to ensure you do not have a WMS policy defined in it.

@buffalobound​ how do we check if any wms policy is defined since when checking in the events section it shows that after few days system is automatically changing the groups?

Where can we check the wms policies which is defined and causing this intermittent change to happen?

@buffalobound​ for example:- the group is changing from child group and goes to the parent group automatically. But that should not happen.

Can you share some screen shots of the group you are placing them in, that they move from?

Is there anything in Services>WMS Settings?

Is the group a "ThinOS Select Group"? If the device is in a select group, then by design the device moves between sub groups as the end user chooses which group to be a member of.
