repsitory upgrade fails with lockbox installation failure

Attempting to upgrade our WYSE repository from version 4.0.1.41 to 4.1.0.158 and it fails when it gets to the lockbox install.  Here are the logs.  We are currently on Wyse Management Suite 4.1.1.111  standard license.  Any help appreciated.
