Purchasing licenses for Wyse Management Suite

Can anyone help me with contact information for purchasing a few licenses to allow devices running Wyse Converter for PCs to be managed by WMS. 

I've found that most Dell Sales Reps are unable to point me in the right direction and those who offer some hope, don't follow up with the necessary contact details.  The Dell website doesn't help either.

If someone could provide me with contact information for a sales rep who knows what he/she is talking about, I'd be extremely grateful.
