Modify Device OS Version Filter to Include Revision (UBR) value

For Windows-based clients registered in WMS, the OS Version flag displays the MajorVersion.MinorVersion.Build. Is it possible to modify this to also include the Revision (UBR) at the end of the OS Version string? 

Since 2016, MSFT uses the UBR to indicate the Security Update Baseline for the OS. Whenever a cumulative security update is installed on the client, the UBR value is increased to indicate that it has all security updates as of month,year. Adding the UBR to the OS Version string will allow WMS admins to determine quickly if the client has the latest security updates and then can be used to force the installation of needed updates using an App Policy.
