Invalid License Key
I'm trying to renew the license key in Wyse Management Suite. Now I'm getting the error "invalid license key."
I am using WMS 5.4.0.471

Bumping this, as we are also experiencing this.
We upgraded our WMS from version 5.3.205 to 5.4.471 and followed the instructions to renew our License key. When trying to import the new key (received via email) we get the "Invalid license key" error.
Requesting a new key doesn't work, as we receive the notification that the key is already renewed and has been sent to the latest email address.

Have you tried doing a new STD key from here instead of a renewal?

Hi Scott,
Yes, I tried to request a new key, but I always receive this message:
I do receive an email again, but this contains the same license key as the renewal.
I tried with another emailaddress also, but that gives me the same message.
So we definitely need further assistance on this.

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue. My standard license expires at the beginning of February.
When I go to the site: https://www.wysemanagementsuite.com/#/stdInstall/renew, I fill in the requested information, I do receive the new license ID, but it is invalid when I enter it.

Hi,
My issues was solved with assistance of @DELL-Scott H (thanks again) as you can see in the messages above. After sending him the necessary details and IDs, the Cloud Support team was able to fix it in the backend, after which I could request a new activation key.
Perhaps you can try to DM Scott and ask if he can assist you too?

@DELL-Scott H I am having the same issue, we have a WMS On Prem Standard license and I have updated to 5.4 but keep getting the invalid key, please help!!!
