Installing applications fail.

Can't find any issue as to why the applications are failing. 

We just installed the latest WMS and configured it. Everything is working so far except for application push.

I started just by pushing simple applications like Notepad++, Firefox to a test device. Looked at previous support discussion that indicated to use /q /norestart. inputed that in the install parameters and still failed. Also tryed with /silent /install /norestart still the same issue.

The error I am getting is 

[Name: npp.8.4.4.Installer.x64.exe Description:Installation failed. App Install failed because of timeout and it's return value: -1, installation return value 32 Status: INSTALL_FAILED]

Any help would be greatly apricated as I am lost at this point
