Dell bought Wyse and support for this is not free.
Vmware is what Dell offers for Virtual Desktop.
Wyse ThinOS, English, Does NOT support PCoIP, Wyse ThinOS support requires subscription.

Password on console access was too difficult
Reducing password lenght from 20 to 8 solved the problem.

Same issue. Tried Windows Server 2016 and 2012 R2 clean installation, non-domain. Built-in Administrator or new account with admin privelegies no matter.
DWMS 1.4. Same error with 1.2 and 1.3.
Here is log:

In regards to the below, it is not entirely accurate.
Dell WYSE thin clients support more than just Vmware horizon. ThinOS supports Vmware, Citrix, and Microsoft, in addition to direct PCOIP connections to devices.
ThinOS no longer requires a maintenance subscription, and firmware is free to download from support.dell.com
Dell bought Wyse and support for this is not free.

Same Problem for current version 4.3 - Install of "Console" fails.
Reducing Password Length and complexity of the Database Password resolved the issue.
This is ridiculous... 5 yrs of developement... great job.
