High Availability setup help: Error in launching MigrateDB.bat: Incorrect function
I am trying to setup Wyse Management suite with High Availability.
I have setup 3 servers and MySQL Cluster and MongoDB cluster is working but when i try to install Wyse Management Suite i get this error:
Error in launching MigrateDB.bat: Incorrect function
This is only happening when i configure Wyse Management Suite with the MySQL router port 6446. When i configure Wyse Management Suite with port 3306 it works but then there is no failover when 1 server is off so this is not the solution.
When i test connection from another server/client to the MySQL Router on port 6446 it is working so it looks like MySQL Router is setup the correct way. The InnoDB Cluster is setup correctly. MySQL Router, MySQL Server, MongoDB and Wyse Management Suite is installed on the same server. When i put the MySQL Router on a seperate server it still doesnt work.
The manuals to configure a High Availability setup like this are not very user friendly and we need really help fixing this issue.
MongoDB: 6.0.14
MySQL Router: 8.0.40
MySQL Server: 8.0.40
Wyse Management Suite: 4.4.0.211

I tried latest Wyse Management Suite version 4.4.1.137 and MongoDB version 6.0.18. MySQL cluster still on version 8.0.40. Now Wyse Management Suite finishes installing but i get HTTP Status 404 – Not Found when going to the portal (https://server.domain/ccm-web/setup)

Definitely open a support case on this. HA setups are very rare as most customers who demand this type of availability rely on cloud, or VM protection policies to achieve since the clients themselves are designed to handle outages and the complexity in this setup is so high. Support will likely be the only ones who will be able to assist.

I tried to open a support case but i can't somehow because the wyse thin clients (3040) we are using are out of warranty. Can you do this for me or let someone from support contact me?

You would open the support case using the service tag of WMS Pro, which you can get from Dell Digital Locker, not the service tag of the device (3040) which is EOL.

Well that explains it.
HA is only supported with the pro version.
