Had to stop using WMS - Heartbeat Timeout - Wyse 3040/5070 ThinOS 9.x RDP Win Server 2019

I had to stop using WMS due to the heartbeat timeout issue that was disrupting work constantly throughout the day. I also had serious issues with USB redirection that was causing the server to crash and restart constantly.
