Device Config Not WMS Config

Some of our Wyse Thin Clients (all ThinOS 8.6x) show as in compliance but are not actually in-sync with the WMS profile for the device. I can make configuration changes, reboot the device, and the compliance status goes to green, but the actual change didn't update.  I've seen this happen with the domain list, username, and the broker server name (VM). It's like I need a 'force sync' button.

It seems like performing a 'Factory Reset' on the device will force the update of the profile, but that's it. 

 

Any thoughts?
