Cloud Connect and Netscaler 12

I have a netscaler setup that is currently working.  I am in the process of replacing it with netscaler v12.  I'm using cloud connect to point the external wyse terminals to our netscaler gateway.  The only thing that has changed is the netscaler.  The citrix setup has not changed.  I have the policies setup the same as the old one, but it will not work.  It prompts me to pick a store, where the other netscaler connection doesn't.  I can pick my store, but it then kicks me back out to the login prompt and says "incorrect credentials".  All the logs show my credentials are validated successfully.  I had Citrix look at everything and they could not find an issue.  I've used two different models of terminals and they are both at the latest firmware.
