BIOS and ThinOS package confusion
I'm reasonably familiar with WMS and just upgraded from 4.3 to 4.4. Today I went looking for new BIOS and ThinOS updates for my 5470 AIO units and am left somewhat confused. In the past, i've always had to download a separate package for ThinOS upgrades and BIOS upgrades, and would upload each under the Firmware section under groups and policies.
These are the options I have to choose from now (img below). It looks like there's a BIOS upgrade but it's not in a pkg format, and the other one looks like it's either the BIOS for a specific ThinOS version or it's a combined BIOS and ThinOS upgrade, which I haven't seen before since they've always been separate historically and have independent dedicated sections in WMS to upload and deploy.
Are BIOS and ThinOS upgrades bundled together now, or was this just unclear wording? If 1.27.0 is in fact a critical stability update, will it be available in pkg format for WMS distribution?

.exe is the windows format of the BIOS update, .pkg is the version of that BIOS update that can be pushed via WMS to the thin client. There is always a lag between when the .exe version is released and when the BIOS is repackaged by the thin client team for WMS distribution. The next version of ThinOS is scheduled for release next month so I would expect the next .pkg build of BIOS to be released in conjunction with that.
If there is a specific fix in the .exe version that you are looking for, contact support and you can ask for a private .pkg build to be considered.
