Have you tried restarting WMS services or server? Is anything relevant in the WMS logs? What build of WMS?

We have the same issue. When I access the "Application Package Updates" in a fw v.9 policy, the console freezes with a spinner in the middle. Just like the screenshot in the thread already. Happens in all browsers, reboot doesn't solve it. Event Viewer don't say anything obvious either. I remember once getting an error message about "Ajax"...Another user tried to logon, but still same.
It happens both from a local browser on the WMS-server, and from a remote browser.
WMS 4.2
UI package 1.10.240
Windows Server 2022

Hi I have got this issue and the WMS version download link requires you to be on version 4.2. I am on 4.0 and experiencing upgrade problems relating to this article:
Wyse Management Suite upgrade from 4.0.0.526 to 4.1.0.536 Problem. | DELL Technologies
Any help out there Dell?

Having this identical issue, problem is we tried upgrading to newest version but cant get our MongoDB to any version of the required 5.0, even tried going from 4.2-4.4.27 without issue but as soon as 5.0 files are copied MongoDB service will not start without error. Working with Dell on a support case but we are standard version as well unfortunately

When i trying to install the new version of 4.2 for some reason the service of Tomcat10 didn't appear anymore.
Anyone know the reason of that?
