100% CPU Load after 3.51 / 3.5.2 Upgrade (Tomcat Service)

After upgrading to WMS 3.5.1 the onprem WMS server is at a full 100% CPU load all the time. Therefore we are unable to use the web-interface or even browse devices. I've seen some other post for users that report the same issue. (Upgrade to 3.5.2 didn't solve the issue)

We extended the CPUs to 8 cores but within xxx time they run at 100% load. The TomCat Service is causing the high load.

Support call has been made but so fare there is no satisfying answer that solves out issue.
