Wyse T50 won't connect to Citrix virtual desktops

It lets us logon but then comes up to a blank screen of just terminal and chrome web browser. We are trying to get to our Windows 7 virtual desktops. The ICA client on Windows XP workstations works fine and a couple of older Wyse zero clients CX0 work fine. After you log on nothing happens.

On the T50 we have configured

ICA settings

PN Agent : vna-ctxxd/citrix/pnagent/.config.xml
Metaframe server: ip address of server
PN logon domain: our domain information.

We are using Xen Desktop 6.5
Xen server 6.1
Dedicated pool of virtual machines.
Main farm 2 Xenservers
Using ICA and PNA agent.
