Wyse T50 hide menu bar
Wyse T50 hide menu bar
Hi everyone
We use pure RDP and T50 clients (->Linux).
Does anyone know how to force the RDP client on top of everything, such that the menu bar is not shown anymore when you reach the upper border of the screen with the mouse?
Thank you, Lukas

Top bar not rolling back
We have the same problem. Users are quite upset with this.

Is this February 2012 firmware out? On Wyse's site I'm not seeing that for T50, just the December 2011.
Edit: scratch it, I see it now.

Hi
We recently bougth some wyse T50, and I have the same problem with RDP, the fullscreen option can't be actived, the taskbar always show up.
I've seen ITDept solution but I didn't use ini files (don't have time for setup this right now), is there a solution for having a simple RDP connexion in fullscreen ?
I've try a custom connexion with rdesktop command, it works well but it seems a little dirty to me.
Thank's for any advises !

Hello
There is a new option for RDP connections in the feb 2012 firmware
DisablePanelInFullscreen={yes, no}
Yes/no option to disable the panel on the local system when the RDP connection is launched in fullscreen.
This values of this parameter will be applied if the connection is set to Fullscreen=yes.
If this parameter is not used in the connection definition, the panel will remain active in auto-hide mode (that is the user can display the panel by moving the mouse pointer over the hidded panel; for example, the top of the screen).
