Wyse S50 ICA Client & Xen Desktop 5

I've got a Wyse S50 and set up a proof of concept xendesktop 5 enviroment. I have configured the Xenservers and Xendesktop software and i can now connect to the xendesktop using a web browser and launch one of the virtual desktop, I am stuck on getting the S50 to connect. If i use connection method "browser" then it works fine but this isn't ideal in an education enviroment, but i really want to use the ICA client but it will not connect when i put my xendesktop controller into the Server box. Can anyone help me with whats missing?
