Disabling USB ports for local users

Heelo,

First post and new to using C50LE running SUSE.

Can somebody tell how me how to keep local users with permissions set to "Low" from running "tcxusbconfig" and enabling USB support.

I have disabled USB support with the admin account but if i logon as a user with permissions set to low, I can still run "tcxusbconfig" and enable them.

These are being used as standalone units in a secure lab with very limited access and we do not want data being copied to any type of USB storage.
