C50LE and Caps Lock
C50LE and Caps Lock
This is specific to this model, replicated on multiple pieces of hardware, but not replicated on different Wyse models, or even HP Thin Clients.
C50LE connecting via RDP to a Windows XP desktop. Caps lock works normally in every app except a WindX client. The caps lock problem ONLY occurs when using the Wyse to connect to that desktop, and not when local to the desktop. On the C50LE the shift key works just fine.
As mentioned, other Wyse models as well as other brands do not show this symptom.
Any thoughts where to go with this? I've done the usual (reboot the host PC, different keyboards on the C50LE, creating a new connection, using another C50LE, etc) but haven't solved this.
This is a critical piece for us, so I'd hate to have to return all these C50LE's we were planning on deploying to replace the older Wyse terminals here.
