Wyse USB creation tool not a valid Win32 Application

Hi,

I'm having some issues trying to instal' the USB creation tool ver 2.1.2 when ever I run it it says it is not a valid Win32 application. I'm trying this on Windows 7 Ent. and run as administrator. I've also tried earlier version with the same error being returned. Any idea why this is the case?
