Wyse D90Q7 stuck on boot screen - no USB Keyboard access

Hello,  I did some BIOS setting changes on D90Q7 and now I'ts stuck on a boot menu. They USB wired and wireless keyboards both don't seem to work and therefor I think the USB is shut off. I believe USB is shut off because neither of the NUM/CAP lock lights are going on and off and nor are the arrow/space, etc. keys are working.

I turn on the machine and I see a BIOS boot menu that says "Boot Menu" with 1) SATA and 2) PXE LAN option and another tab that says "App Menu" which i cannot get to as they keyboard isn't working.

I removed the case and took out the BIOS Battery thinking this will short out the BIOS and reset it but I still have the same issue. I can't get passed the above boot selection screen. Is there a way i can get passed this screen?
