Wyse 5060 updating from W7P To W10 IOT

Hi,

After updating ThinClient 5060 from W7P to  WIE10 IOT  Version "V12.00 BOA52"  Windows is not activated.

In the Control Panel from  Windows i get  the following error message:

"We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital licence or Product key. ..... Error Code 0xC004C003"

Has anyone a solution for this?
