Wyse 3040 VDI broker initialization failed

I have a Wyse 3040 client, that is on ThinOS PCoIP 8.6_606, and we have a few machines that are getting these message. Not all of them are doing this, so I am thinking it has to be a setting or config for this thin client.

I know there are newer versions of the firmware but we were running into issues when we started testing and had to roll back to this version.

Are they all configured using the same policy/settings?

Normally this may mean that the pool is setup to use blast, and the horizon package which provides blast support is not installed, or the ssl certificate isnt loaded, or the DNS server cannot lookup the broker name provided.

We are managing these from a Wyse management server, and I have already tried to perform a factory reset from both the client itself, as well as from the management console. So it is connecting to the server enough to get the signals being sent to factory reset it, as well as showing connectivity. But I am getting an error message below the username password login fields, that there is a VDI broker initialization failed. It is getting the same horizon client package as another thin client device that is working properly, so I don't think it is a DNS, or horizon package issue. I am not sure where to check the certificates at.
