Dell Wyse 5070 reimage
Hello, i am trying to reimage a Dell wyse 5070 but when i am starting to reimage the device an error appears that the USB flash size is small. Any idea why this is happening? The USB is fat32 everything is according to the instructions. Tried USB version 3.4 and 3.5.

I assume you are trying to put ThinOS 9 on the device?
Yes it doesn't list 5070, but it works.
Use the 2411 recovery image instead
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=6j4xj&oscode=thn8p&productcode=optiplex-3000-thin-client
and the Dell OS recovery Tool
1. Download Dell OS Recovery Tool at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/osiso/recoverytool
2. Run the .exe file on the system to be used to create the USB drive.
The Dell OS Recovery Tool Application installer opens.
3. Click INSTALL.
4. After the installation is complete, open Dell OS Recovery Tool.
5. Select SWITCH TO ADVANCED RECOVERY displayed at the bottom of the tool.
6. In Select an OS image, browse to the ISO file that you downloaded and click NEXT.
7. Select the USB drive that you want to format from the USB drive dropdown.

Your instructions worked and thank you.
Why when I am trying to reimage with the windows 10 file I am getting the below.
Usb check GDP and fat32 32GB.

Furthermore, the specific wyse has windows 10 license and with the thinOS I cannot logging as it requires license.

Is there any way to find an older version of the USB imaging tool? I tried to Dell OS Recovery Tool the WinIoT_LTSC_2021_OptiPlex_3000_Dec2023.ISO and again exactly the same error with the flash size.

I am sorry but it isnt clear to me. Is the flash size complaint when you are building the flash drive, or when you are trying to image the device? It sounds like the it is complaining about the flash in the thin client.
It could very well be a corrupt flash on the thin client. I would try booting with a USB disk management tool and verify the flash size is right, erase the drive and try the imaging again.

@DELL-Scott H When i am trying to reimage the wyse 5070 and booting from the USB I select the image and the flash size error will appear, I checked with diskpart and the disk size is correct, cleaned convert to GDP but the issue remains
