Dell Wyse 5020 Thin Client - Image and SOE

Hello Team, 

Setup Idea and Help needed

Have 3 Dell Wyse 5020 Thin Client (4GB RAM 32GB FLASH STORAGE AMD QUAD CORE RADEON 8330E DUAL MONITOR SUPPORT CITRIX WINDOWS 10)

> Idea is to create an image or SOE if possible so we can deploy setup for the other two

> SOE possibly with one application to be installed and have RDP screen directly show up when users turn on the thin clients

>Store SOE on network so we can deploy directly from network when new thin clients are ordered

I know this may not be enough info - but wondering if someone could point me to an article or reference where I can research and how much DELL can help in this regard. (at least if we have to pull the ISO)
