Cx0 Thin Client Crashes and gets stuck in bootloop
I'm running an Wyse Cx0 Thin Client to connect on a Windows Server 2012 R2 via RDP and from time to time I get (sadly unreproducable) crashes with the following error message:
You have a C10LE with down-level firmware (8.0_105) and from the looks of it, it also create a dump file. This is normally addressed by providing all this information to Technical support or you can upgrade the firmware of the thin client to a more current release (8.1_029) to see if the issue you are experiencing is resolved. Please note that in order to get the upgraded firmware, you must have a Software Maintenance Contract and it can be obtained from the Self Service Portal at www.wyse.com/kb
