Wyse standard licence renewal when expired

Hi

I am using the standard licence but it has expired. When going through the renewal process it says

Please Enter a Valid Renewal Identifier

I attempted to create a new licence with a different email and got a licence key but when I attempt to enter it it says you are about to upgrade to PRO

How do I renew an expired standard licence???
