Wyse 3040 can not connect Epson V19 via USB Redirect

Hi Team,
I have problem with connecting scanner Epson V19 with Wyse 3040. Which syntax should be used when my PID and VID are like this:

I tried many combinations - none of them worked. Im using PCoIP with Windows 10.
