WMS on premise is not working properly

Currently I am testing the WMS for our official use to manage the Wyse Z90DE7 /7010 thin client.

I have done below steps in my lab.

• Created a WMS server on Server 2016 OS with local repository on premise Std version.
• Created a group policy on WMS server.
• Connected 3no’s of Z90 on the workgroup.
• Installed WDA13.0.0.167 on all Z90
• Manually configured WDA to talk with WMS server.
• All 3no’s of Z90 got listed in WMS server. 

After this when I started testing the functionality of WMS I get lot of difficulties and most of the time it is not working. Like,

• When tried pulling the OS image of particular device it is pulling only the commandxml file not the full OS.
• IP address not listing, Device log, Performance monitoring, device restart, app pushing, schedule job of app not working.

Anyone help me?
