WDM Reboot, Gather Logs Not working
I recently upgraded my version of WDM to WDM 5.0 INT. I have noticed when I issue the reset command to a one of my thin client (WYSE D10DP) the device actually does not restart. I am also on fimrmwae 8.0_411 on the thin clients. I also noticed when I issue the command gather logs and then attempt to view them they are all empty. Is there some setting I need to change on my server or thin client to allow remote reboot and log gathering?
