To reset a wyse VX0 thin client
To reset a wyse VX0 thin client
I got some used vxo model that already configured. i want reconfigure to see my server but is not going to the setting even if i restart the device and pressed G on the keyboard before the device boot on.
Pls i need an assistance on how to reset the device and do my configuration.

Have you tried continually tapping the G key when you reboot, rather than just pressing and holding it down? This sometimes works.
Another option is to turn off the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button keep on holding the "Alt" key & keep on tapping the "F10" key,ie: "Alt+F10" and it will open the recovery console. Select full factory restore and follow the on-screen instruction. (Note:this will erase all data on the computer).
Otherwise if you can boot the computer and get it to a desktop, left-click and select Shutdown... then choose to Restart with "Reset the system setting to factory default" ticked.
