Removal of WDM

Removal of WDM

Hello,

I am trying to remove a copy of WDM v5.0 on my computer. When I tried to removal it, it gives me an error message saying it can't connect to the database. When I install the software on my computer system (Server - Windows 2008 r2 x64) and I chose Workgroup (at least I thought I did) and installed SQL 2008 Express on the same system. But when I ran the software it told me that I running Enterprise and have 30 days to use it then I have to enter a key in. So, I want to uninstall the software to try again to install the workgroup copy and it gives me the message. Software runs okay that I can see, I can connect to the database with SQL Management Studio. Not sure why it's giving me this message?

Any one else see this message before?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Gerald

Thanks you for replying back. I had to remove the software off my system and that was enlighten experience in itself. So I just have to install it back again when I get some free time again.

Hi, after the install with the license workgroup you've to go under Configuration Manager->Licensing in order to activate the license.
In default he'll use the evaluation license for enterprise version
