Issues pulling image

Hey all, my college is using wyse t50 clients and has tasked me with getting wdm to work in order to control them all a little easier. My problem is that I cannot pull an image from my test box. I can seemingly do pretty much everything else; shutdown, restart, WOL, shadow. But when I try to image, it creates the package, and schedules for the image to be taken. Yet when the box reboots, it just boots up and nothing more happens. From the text at the bottom it seems that it looks for the wdm server through dchp, then dns, then says something about empty url: try next device. Any thoughts on where I should go from here to fix my issue? I'm just a little confused since this is the only function not working.
