How to get patches for the Workgroup Edition
How to get patches for the Workgroup Edition
The WDM download page says to go to my support portal to download hotfixes and patches for 4.8. I cannot find any way to do this. I go to my support portal, and then my downloads, and nothing is listed for Device Manager. I tried adding the license key to the portal but it does not work. Would someone guide me on how to add Device Manager to my portal so that I can see what hotfixes or patches are available?

i am looking for the answer to this too.
there is a link to download the workgroup edition but it takes to wyse site and from there i dont see any thing about downloading workgroup edition just has ent edition.
www.wyse.com/.../WDM under the related info the link takes me to appservices.wyse.com/.../downloads.asp and its hard to just get a simple download.
i registered but it takes me to some other portal where i cant find any download.
i think wyse sites are not user friendly at all bouncing from one place to other.. just like on the phone when you need to reach to some department and you get bounced all over. such a pain
