Basic configuration questions
Basic configuration questions
So I’m new to WDM and trying to get an understanding of it after just completing the initial install. Hopefully you guys can help me get started.
We have Z50D’s that we’re looking to rollout. Right now we’re just looking to push out configs so that they see our (VDI) Xen Desktop farm with some basic settings.
-Can we push something like a config file out or does this entail pushing some type of image? Where do we get started with this? Also do I need to have the DHCP options in place before we can do any management?

Linux client configuration is managed centrally via a WLX.INI file. You may want to review the Admin Guide and the INI reference for linux at www.wyse.com/manuals and search for "linux"

Hello,
I have the same issue.
we are migrating an environment and the only strugle is when a device has an IP for the WDM server instead of a DNS name.
