XPS M1710 Vista reintall advice required

Hey guys, I would like to reinstall vista on my new dell XPS machine but I was wondering how to I reinstall it back to the factory settings so it includes all dell default software and configuration settings? Thanks.

Press F8 at startup, select REPAIR MY COMPUTER, then select your username (type a password if needed) click on REPAIR MY COMPUTER on the left lower corner, then the last option you will se, will be Factory Dell Restore or something like that...:smileytongue:

Thanks for the reply, just wondering how come Dell provided Windows Vista and other disks are they still required?
