XPS 8300 DESKTOP GPU 120HZ

Just bought a ASUS monitor with 2560 x 1440 resolution and up to 144hz.
Can someone recommend a graphic card that can support up to 120hz? Low budget, of course.
I use the computer for website/photo editing. Not for gaming.
I already ordered an HDMI cable that will support 120 hz.
