XPS 15 9500, graphics drivers constantly crashing

I recently upgraded my XPS 15 9500 to Windows 11. Everything worked as expected, nothing to complain about. A few days ago, any game or demanding program for that matter started to crash, some showed the error "graphics drivers crashed". So I followed some steps suggested in other discussions, DDU, reinstalling Nvidia drivers. Complete reinstall of Win 11 from USB-Stick. Yet my graphics drivers still seem to malfunction. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with the GPU itself (GTX 1650TI).
